How does pay-per-use work?
Seerist uses the x402 protocol — an open internet payment standard. When you generate an AI proposal, you pay $0.50 in USDC (a US dollar stablecoin) on the Base network. Everything else — chat, research, resume parsing, job management — is completely free. No subscriptions, no credit cards.
What do I need to get started?
Nothing! All features are free until you want to generate proposals. When you do, you'll need a wallet with USDC on Base. Popular options include Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask, or any EVM-compatible wallet.
What if I don't have a crypto wallet?
The x402 paywall includes a built-in option to purchase USDC directly. You can also use Coinbase Wallet which has a simple onramp from USD to USDC. It takes about 2 minutes to set up.
Which features are free?
